This plugin use mo files for translations. You can create a new translation using poedit. You can send po/mo files in your language via the contact form, but the best are to make a new pull request on our git instance. Remind the licence of this plugin : if you create a new translation and use it publicly you must contribute to this plugin and send us the new translation. Specific update of existing translation for your website is authorized without conditions.
